SYNOPSIS

L’immigrant hongrois Mike Laszlo s'est bien débrouillé depuis son arrivée aux États-Unis il y a plus de 40 ans après la fin de la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Il est particulièrement fier de sa fille, Ann, une avocate prospère. Suite à la publication de certains documents secrets de la Seconde Guerre mondiale par les Russes, Mike se retrouve accusé d'être un criminel de guerre notoire. Il est convaincu qu'il s'agit d'un complot communiste visant à le discréditer et insiste pour qu'Ann le défende devant le tribunal.
